Post op day 5 - February 17, 2008
Getting better everyday. A little less yellow today & breathing easier. There's a very brief video of her getting the chest PT, which was being done every 2 hours! I did have some trouble uploading it, so you may not be able to see it.

Hi,
Valerie shared your blog with me and I just wanted to send my best wishes for a quick and smooth recovery. My son is 4 and we are preparing for his third open heart surgery this spring. I know what it's like to be recovering in the hospital and I am not looking forward to having to do it again soon. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.
